When the mind lies dormant it enters a dangerous state of consciousness, but if you can never fall asleep the diagnosis can be fatal. There’s a personal attachment to this release unlike anything I’ve dropped before. At times, the wordplay takes on an entity in itself that drags you through an emotional roller coaster with moments that makes you feel like you’re in an episode of the 1960′s “Twilight Zone.” SLEEP DEPRIVATION raises the bar of expectations to a whole new realm of what you consider REAL music. Everyone has their own opinion on what they call dark or out of the norm, but this project is going to change everything. The era of simple riddles is OVER! and it’s time to dispose the trash to where it belongs. I need every single one of yous, whoever supported my cause, whether it be past or present, to stand behind it. Music has gotten way too repetitive, and now it’s pretty much accepted. That shit can’t fly anymore.. at least with me.

The experience will be real, in-depth, tenebrous & poetic throughout this whole project. I tried to deliver something everyone can love. I, myself produced the entire project, so I had full control over everything you hear. This really is the first for me solo wise, where I had no other producers involved. Since recently purchasing the equipment to really dig & indulge on my production skills, there isn’t any reason for me to move backwards or rely on anyone, except myself. So, my idea for an overall outcome was to give you all something that will bring it back, while at the same time, give a full representation of the name KARDIAC. With that said, I brought in a longtime friend JUSTINFEKT to do a guest appearance. I played in bands with this dude growing up, and we’re both from the same NY area. We never got around to doing a track in the past, so “SLEEP DEP” was the perfect opportunity. Lastly, having cuts on a track to me really completes a song. You wont find this dude anywhere. He’s not with the whole Facebook bullshit and telling everyone what he ate for breakfast– it’s almost like he doesn’t exist, which to me is dope. Dj Quietus reached out and heard of my music and wanted to do some cuts. Dude is nasty on the ones and twos and def wont be the last time you hear this name.

Anyway, the pre-order package deals will be available on Dec. 13th, The official release date is on the 27th for those who just want the CD. Spread the word, we have a lot of things planned out for this release so STAY AWAKE!
