Whats good everyone? I got a quick little update for you all to check out! I would also like to give full credit to my manager, April Bedan once again for making things happen. I recently did another interview for a well-known Underground Hip Hop website,Faygoluvers.net. The interview was conducted by BeZerk of Faygoluvers, and he had some pretty cool insight to say about my music as well as asking various questions for their “Underground Spotlight” section. Two of the songs I sent for the Underground Spotlight:  “At Knife Point” and “Play God” is from my upcoming solo album which will be dropping later this year on Unrestrained. There are a few cool photos, some of which from Live Show’s. Oh, and I do plan on getting some photos & videos together from live shows very soon and uploading them on the the website. I just need to make the time to do it. Now on to the Unrestrained Updates

First, I would like to welcome our NEWEST MEMBER to the label, E.COLI! aka Damien Buckhills. He’s been a longtime friend and we had plans to announce his association with US awhile back but I didn’t want to clutter so much at once. When we first launched Unrestrained the focus was on Blood Hoarder and the way to make things right with each release, I like to give it their own time to shine before announcing another release etc. A personal Bio for E.coli and sample song can be found by visiting UnrestrainedSounds.com under the “NEW Unrestrained Sounds Artist” post!

 Second, we just announced the NEXT OFFICIAL RELEASE from Unrestrained Sounds – Filthography “Thought You Two Were Dead.”  I’m sure most of you know who Filthography is but if you don’t, it’s a group that consists of Myself & E.coli aka Damien BuckHills. All 3 Bios (KARDIAC, ECOLI, & FILTHOGRAPHY) can be found under the “Artists” tab on the website. This will be Unrestrained Sound’s second Official release, and a release date will be announced SOON! Lastly, I rebuilt the whole website layout to really make it fit the Unrestrained title. The way it use to look I wasn’t really feeling it, it was just something I threw together at the time cause we needed a website up fast. What is good everyone? hope you all had a good holiday, mine was pretty damn good other then waking up to a  flames shooting by my window from an electric surge that caused the transformer box to blow up, leaving wires sparking in the middle of my street almost causing my house to catch on fire, other than that I say my day was great. Things got back to normal later that morning and I ate a lot of food and got drunk off some fine wine. No I don’t celebrate Xmas as the birth of Christ, my family and friends just take advantage of the day to stuff our faces and get drunk! Any ways the past few days have been busy. Everything arrived in the mail Monday that i needed in order to wrap up the film. So yesterday starting around 3:30 pm till 5:00 am, we finally wrapped up the film. I have a lot of editing to do, along with little things I may want to cut or add to the final version of the film once I have everything completed. I’ll keep everyone posted about it and hopefully all goes as planned. There’s been title change and the reason behind that will be announced at a later date, till then support your boy and cop that “Blood Hoarder” album if you haven’t already, and keep an eye out on the UNRESTRAINED website, the next “Artist/ Release” will be announced very soon don’t miss it.

FILM UPDATE:

ON A BRIGHTER SIDE FROM THE GLOOM, FILMING IS COMING ALONG GREAT! WE’LL PROBABLY SHOOT THE ENDING THIS WEEKEND AND HAVE IT ALL WRAPPED UP. I’VE BEEN EDITING IT, SCENE BY SCENE, AND THE STORY LINE JUST COMES AT A NATURE. NONE BUT MAYBE 10% OF THIS FILM HAS BEEN PREMEDITATED OR WRITTEN DOWN. WHICH PROBABLY ISN’T THE FIRST FOR SOME FILM MAKERS, BUT FOR THIS BEING MY FIRST PROJECT I CAN REALLY CALL A FILM, I GUESS THAT’S WHERE MY CREATIVITY COMES INTO PLAY. I’M NOT REALLY SURE …”WHEN” OR ” HOW“…  I’M GOING TO RELEASE THE FILM, THAT’S SOMETHING THAT STILL NEEDS TO BE TAKING IN CONSIDERATION AND DISCUSSED AS A LABEL “UNRESTRAINED SOUNDS/ FILMS“. Recently I was contacted by an indie label based out of Austria “HIRNTRUST GRIND MEDIA.” They pressed a lot of different material for artists all over the world that range in various styles like, experimental, industrial breaks, breakcore, grindcore, hardcore, noisecore, digi-grind that’s all cut up to blend a wide range of brutal ass music. One of their release’s includes, music from my boy swift passengerofshit. They told me their focus is pressing 7inch vinyl’s and they approached me with an offer that I couldn’t refuse involving my new track “PLAY GOD.”  So they’re pressing a limited edition of “PLAY GOD” on a 7inch vinyl which will be my “VERY FIRST VINYL“. Side A. will be a re-mastered version of the song “PLAY GOD”, and Side B. will be the Instrumental. I know not many people have a record player but if you’re a true fan, look at this as a great collector’s item. I’ll have copies for sale in the Kardiac Store as well. The artwork for the 7inch will be totally recreated by them. So look out for the “PLAY GOD” 7inch dropping next year on HIRNTRUST GRIND MEDIA. MAKING A SHORT FILM:

Some of you may or may not wonder what I do with my free time when I’m away from making music. You see my mind is constantly racing and it never seems to stop thinking of new idea’s and what to do next. Since my last attempt at making the Blood Hoarder promo commercial, I stepped it up a bit and downloaded some video editing software. I recently figured out the configurations to the camera I shot the commercial with and ordered a few things. I set the camera to a vintage style setting that looks way better than what the Blood Hoarder promo commercial looked like, and what we have captured sort of reminds me of the film quality of  Wes Craven’s “Last House on The Left“. I always kept a place in my mangy ridden heart for old vintage horror films, they give off a realistic vibe that new age horror films can’t do. So since I never got to shoot my music video I decided to go with what I always wanted to do, a short film. The past three weeks I’ve been writing the sinister story for it and in a few words, is of a man who has serious problems with human life, rejection, and disappointment. The utter thought and sound of breathing is like reaching inside his chest and ripping his heart out and wiping your ass with it. If it was up to him, he would probably be the only living species on this planet, and even the thought of himself  living drags out self destructive violence. I originally came up with the title “Gasoline Dreams” but I added on to the story and the only title that fits what is coming out to be my very first short film, is “Random Acts of Violence“.

 

WHAT I’VE DONE SO FAR:

I’ve already started filming for it and haven’t even gotten to finish the ending yet, but I’m pretty excited about it and it’s guaranteed to disturb a lot of people and probably even piss some off.  Now that I’m coming to terms with making a film a lot of work takes place in the process. Writing the story & editing the footage takes time, dedication, and hard work along ordering supplies online that I need for within the film and composing the entire movie score that will fit perfectly. I believe the music score is a major important part of making a film. So not only am I writing, editing, and doing some of the shooting for this film, but I’m also producing the entire score. The music score will be 100% produced by me all custom sounds, none of the score will be taken from other movie scores and it will be available for download with the film. Yet a non profitable production but donations would be appreciated. If you feel like donating to the making of this film please send donations through paypal at unrestrainedsounds@gmail.com.  All donations will be used for ordering any supplies that may be needed to make the film even better. Till then keep a look out for RANDOM ACTS OF VIOLENCE coming in 2013.
